CT 223 Peter Pan and Polka Dots (8/30/11)

I am in love with the new "Peter Pan collar" style. I find it so charming. I love that something so high necked and old times-y could be so popular with teenagers today. Polka dots already win me over, make it sheer and it's positively amazing, but then add a peter pan collar and it is simply to die for!
